If your drill press chuck doesn’t grab the smallest drill bit of your kits, perhaps you will like this technique, as I do (found on the web).

Le seul item requis est le tube de plastique d’un stylo à bille, celui qui contient l’encre. L’encre de mon crayon avait séché.

The only required item is a ball pen plastic tube, the one that’s filled with ink. The ink of my pen had dried out.

Coupez une section pour couvrir la tige du foret.

Cut a section that wraps the drill bit shank.

Dans un premier temps, insérez le tube dans le mandrin et serrez à fond pour le mouler.

First, chuck the tube in the drill press and tighten firmly to mold it.

Ensuite poussez le foret dans le tube.

Then push the drill bit into the tube.

Maintenant enfilez l’ensemble dans le mandrin, serrez et forez sans craindre qu’il tombe ou glisse.

Now chuck the whole assembly, tighten and drill with no fear it will fall off or spin.
