J’ai trouvé cette solution pour être certain de percer d’aplomb et de niveau. C’est aussi un guide pour m’aider à tenir mes ciseaux à bois bien d’aplomb pour faire des coupes d’équerre. Je l’apporte partout où j’en ai besoin.
C’est nul autre que deux blocs de bois et deux goujons (tourillons) . Le bloc central fait 1-1/2” (4 cm) carré par 1-1/4″ (3 cm) d’épaisseur et la base fait 1-1/2″ (4 cm) par 3-1/2″ (9 cm). Le bloc central est percé de façon à ce que les trous s’évitent l’un et l’autre afin de pouvoir glisser les goujons pour ajustement, si requis.
Pour l’utiliser, je l’apporte tout près de mon travail et il devient ma référence pour visualiser l’aplomb et le niveau parfait de mes outils.
I found this neat way to be sure I drill plumb and level. It’s also great to help holding my wood chisels plumb to make square cuts. I bring it wherever I need it.
It’s nothing more than two blocks of wood and two dowels. The central block is 1-1/2″ (4 cm) square by 1-1/4″ (3 cm) thick and the base is 1-1/2″ (4 cm) by 3-1/2″ (9 cm). The central block is drilled so the dowels will bypass each other to be adjusted, if needed.
To use it, I bring it close to my work and it becomes my reference to eyeball perfect plumb and level positioning of my tools.
