Pour fixer les fonds de Mélamine 5/8″ aux côtés de MDF 5/8″, je trace l’emplacement des vis et je perce les trous de vis à la perceuse à colonne afin qu’ils soient d’aplomb. Ensuite je fraise chaque trou pour bien cacher les vis.
To attach the 5/8″ Melamine bottoms to the 5/8″ MDF sides, I first mark the location for the screws then I drill all pilot holes at the drill press to be sure they are plumb. Then I countersink each hole to hide the screws.
Pour éviter tout glissement, je bloque le fond sur les côtés pour le perçage des trous de vis.
I clamp the bottom to the sides so it won’t move while drilling pilot holes for the screws.
Pour éviter que le foret glisse sur la Mélamine lors du perçage à main levée pour l’installation des glissières, je marque avec un pointeau les endroits appropriés.
To prevent the drill bit from shifting on the Melamine while using the handheld drill for the installation of the slides, I mark with a center punch all appropriate locations.
