Il est très important de ne pas enfoncer le fer (fraise) dans le fond du mandrin de la toupie (défonceuse) afin de ne pas transférer la chaleur et les vibrations vers le moteur et surtout afin de permettre le serrage maximum du collet biseauté du mandrin.
Voici en image une méthode simple et efficace pour maintenir le fer “flottant” pendant que les deux mains manipulent les clés anglaises.
Il is very important to prevent the router bit from bottoming out in the router chuck to prevent heat and vibrations from transferring towards the motor and particularly to allow maximum grip from the chuck taper collet.
Here’s a picture of a simple yet effective method to keep the bit “floating” while your two hands manipulate the wrenches.
